In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

3. Payment Terms: All payments must be made in advance and are processed securely through a third-party payment provider.

4. Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location and the size of your order. We will make every effort to ship your order within the estimated delivery time frame, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

5. Returns: Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our friendly staff at [email protected] and we will issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Product Usage: Our soaps, candles, lip balms, bath salts, body lotions, and body butters are made with natural ingredients and are intended for external use only. Please use caution and common sense when using our products and keep them away from your eyes and other sensitive areas. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately.

​ORDERS AND PROCESS

• Any order before 11am will be processed and put into mails office the same day.
• Orders after 11am will be processed the next day.
• An email will be sent once the order is processed and shipped.

BACK ORDERS

• For your convenience, our cart system does not allow orders of items that are not in our stock in order to provide our clients the best shopping experience. If there is any sold out product that you want to get, we can also make that special order for you all you need to do is contact us at [email protected].

 

RETURN POLICY

“At Mama’s Lab Store, our aim is to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience and are satisfied with our products. However, due to the personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at [email protected] within 24 hours (2 days) of receipt of the damaged product. We kindly ask that you include photos of the items.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you request a refund for a product you have purchased, the cost of shipping the product to you will not be included in the refund amount. The cost of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount that you receive.

 

​SOAPS & SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

Our soaps are crafted from natural oils and Sodium Hydroxide. When using our products, please exercise caution and good judgment. Avoid getting soap or any skin care items in your eyes or other delicate areas. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use right away. If you have skin sensitivities or allergies, please be sure to carefully read the ingredient list. For skin conditions such as Eczema, we suggest trying our fragrance-free glycerin soaps.

CANDLES

For safe candle burning, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and remove any remaining wax or wick trimmings from the wax pool. This prevents excessive fuel, which can cause flare-ups or fire hazards. Trimming the wick also ensures even burning, prevents dripping, and extends the candle’s life. The initial burn is crucial and should allow wax to pool evenly from one edge to the other to establish a “memory ring.” Once a memory ring has been created, the candle will continue to tunnel. Burning the candle for too long can cause carbon buildup on the wick, leading to a dangerously large flame and soot. For best results, limit burning time to three hours and allow the candle to cool for at least two hours before relighting. Keep candles away from fans, air conditioners, open windows, or busy areas where air movement can affect the flame. Store candles in a cool, dark, and dry location with the lid on to prevent dust and debris buildup and preserve the wax and fragrance.
